By purchasing items from the RackMC webstore or using the RackMC Network, you agree to the following terms.

All purchases are for digital, virtual items and are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Once a purchase has been completed, RackMC is not obligated to provide a refund for any reason.

Access to the RackMC Network is not guaranteed. RackMC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the server at any time. If the server is discontinued or access is revoked, all virtual items and remaining rank time are forfeited.

If a player is permanently banned from the RackMC Network for any reason, no refunds will be provided. Bans are issued at the discretion of the RackMC staff team. Server rules may be updated or modified at any time.

RackMC is not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, payment processors, or user error (including entering an incorrect username at checkout).

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

Privacy Policy

RackMC collects only the information necessary to process purchases and provide in-game services. This may include usernames and transaction-related data.

No personal information collected by RackMC is sold or shared with third parties, except where required to process payments or comply with applicable laws.

Rule Enforcement & Conduct

Attempting to bypass rules, exploit systems, or abuse payment mechanisms (including chargebacks) may result in permanent removal from the RackMC Network without refund.

Rules and enforcement policies may be updated at any time to protect the integrity of the server and community.
